RadioPushButton RPB-125 SIL2 Series – Wireless Battery-Operated Push Button

RadioPushButton RPB-125 SIL2 Series is a rugged wireless push-button unit designed for safety-related alarm, emergency stop, and process control applications. The unit enables operator-initiated safety signals to be transmitted wirelessly using secure ISA100 communication with PROFIsafe, supporting integration into Mimes SIL2-capable wireless safety architectures.

The RPB-125 SIL2 Series is battery powered and designed for low-power operation, making it suitable for remote field locations where cabling or local power is costly, difficult, or impractical. The product is housed in a robust GRP enclosure and is developed for demanding industrial, energy, marine, offshore, and hazardous area environments.

The unit can be used for wireless activation of emergency stop functions, manual shutdown commands, alarm inputs, reset functions, or other safety-related push-button signals. With intrinsically safe Ex i design for Zone 1 applications, RadioPushButton RPB-125 SIL2 is suitable for classified areas where certified low-power field equipment is required.

Operating reliably from –20 °C to +70 °C, the RPB-125 SIL2 Series provides a flexible and cable-saving solution for safety-related manual input points in harsh industrial environments.
