ANT-1 – Ex e Antenna for Industrial Wireless Applications
ANT-1 is a flexible Ex e rated antenna developed by Mimes for demanding industrial and hazardous area wireless applications. The antenna is designed for use with ISA100, WirelessHART and other 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless systems, providing a robust and practical antenna solution for industrial field devices.
The ANT-1 was developed to simplify installation and reduce the need for additional Ex barriers, special protection methods or complex antenna arrangements. By using an Ex e antenna design, the antenna can be mounted directly with a suitable bracket, helping reduce components, installation time and system complexity.
The antenna is supplied with pre-terminated cable and is available with different cable length options, giving high flexibility during installation in the field. This makes ANT-1 suitable for both Mimes products and third-party equipment requiring a reliable Ex rated antenna solution.
